Hello I’ve tired all the normal stuff like restarting anki, trying without add ons deleting and reimporting the decks but no matter what I do, it tells me the cards are due but wont show them to me when i press learn, instead going straight to the one’s I’m in the process of learning.

That’s the default behaviour and I’m afraid you can’t change it. Your learning cards are particularly prone to forgetting which is why Anki always prioritises them over other types of cards.
Only way to deal with it is to bury these learning cards and unbury them later when you want to learn them. But I’ll ask, do you really want to do these cards later? It’s not efficient to learn something, forget it totally and then relearn it.
