Italian language learning cards. Sound doesn't play automatically on back

I created cards where the front has English written down and the back has Italian written down plus recording. The sound however on the back of the cards doesn’t automatically play. I have to click on the play button to play it. Can anyone tell me how it can play automatically?

It does play on my Mac, but doesn’t play on my phone. I would like it to play on my phone if possible

turns out my phone was in silent mode sorry for confusion
