Having a problem syncing sound with cards

Hello everyone,

I hope you are well, I make language learning cards on my Mac and add sounds to them. However, when I press ´sync´ Anki on my Mac the sounds on the cards do not sync across properly to my phone and on my phone it says “Missing file. Please ensure media sync is complete”

Any help around this would be greatly appreciated
