It takes a long time to open Anki and I get an error when it opens

For a few weeks, Anki has been taking a long time to open, and it opens on the fifth or sixth attempt because in the first attempts I get an error and it doesn’t run. This is the information that appears to me when it finally opens:

Error
An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.
If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.
When you’ve discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-on support site.
Debug info:
Anki 2.1.44 (b2b3275f) Python 3.8.6 Qt 5.14.2 PyQt 5.14.2
Platform: Windows 10
Flags: frz=True ao=True sv=2
Add-ons, last update check: 2021-06-24 21:12:35

Unknown error

I hope someone can help me, please. Thanks!

Did you try starting without add-ons already?

Hello! Thank you very much for answering! Yes, I tried and did another trick: I activated only one Add-on, closed Anki and opened it; until finally I found that the Add-on that caused the error and the delay to open Anki was “ReviewHeatmap”. Apparently it is not compatible with the current version of Anki (Anki 2.1.44) :slightly_frowning_face:

Thank you so much
