Anki decks not opening

Can someone help with this error message (I have removed my ID from the text) and I have tried to disable and then enabled each of my add-ons but the error persists.
Any help will be most appreciated.

Error
An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.
If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.
When you’ve discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-on support site.

Are you sure it was the same error message each time?

That particular error is caused by the add-on Advanced Review Bottom Bar. Disable it (ToolsAdd-ons → select add-on → Toggle Enabled/Delete), restart and see if the problem persists.

If you still get an error, hold Shift while starting Anki to temporarily disable all add-ons.
