My collection fails on AnkiWeb, AnkiMobile, and Anki Desktop with “invalid weights provided.” AnkiWeb says: “Something went wrong while processing your request. This is sometimes caused by issues in your collection. Please try the database tool in one of the downloadable versions of Anki.” I ran Tools → Check Database on desktop, but the issue persists. I can sometimes open Browse, but deck options/gear actions are not working reliably. This appears to be a collection-level FSRS/deck options weights issue synced to AnkiWeb. Can someone help repair or identify the corrupted deck option/FSRS parameters?
Do you have a lot of different Options presets? The first one you should try is the one used by the cards you’re trying study when you get the error. Delete the FSRS parameters that are currently there, click Optimize Current Preset, then Save.
