Whenever I open the Anki app (the computer version) on a Mac computer, the error “Invalid weights provided” keeps appearing on the screen. When I try to close it, it appears once again. I have tried all the suggested methods to solve the issue in the Troubleshooting manual on the Anki website. Sometimes, the error stopped appearing for a few minutes or hours. However, after some time, it began to appear once again. I am using the OpenGL video driver, which is advised for Mac software. I have tried restarting both the Anki and the computer as well as tried using the safe mode Anki opening method to see whether the add-ons are causing the issue. However, the problem keeps appearing. Before the error “Invalid weights provided” began to appear, I used to receive a similar message “Invalid params provided”. The same errors keep appearing on my phone AnkiMobile app, which is synchronised with the Anki computer app. I will be very grateful for any advice regarding this issue. Thank you in advance.
Open the Deck Options page, scroll down to the FSRS section and click Optimize all presets.

You might need to find the specific Options preset that’s having the problem, and blank out the FSRS parameters first, to guarantee you’ll get new when you re-optimize.
