It’s the same in every program I’ve looked at. The one in the screenshot above is Notepad++. But I don’t think you need to install anything new. When I pasted it in Excel, it took 35 rows – when I pasted it in Word, it counted 35 paragraphs – when I pasted it in Notepad (generic text editor included Windows), it counted 35 lines.
