Images not showing

I have imported a flashcard deck that was public, and when I tried to use it, the images didn’t show up, and instead, it came up as an image icon. I tried getting in contact with the person who owns the deck, and they said the flashcards work perfectly fine for them. I’ve also tried making a new user and importing it, and yet it didn’t work. As well as I tried deleting them and reimporting, I tried to sync my flashcards, but nothing seems to work at all.

Since you didn’t get any errors during the import, and you’re asking about a specific deck, you should include a link.

  • Did the version of the deck you downloaded include the images?
  • Are the images attached media files, or are they links to remotely hosted images?
  • Which of the apps did you import the deck into?
  • Are you trying to see the images in that same app, or on another device after syncing the deck there?

Yes the version did include images

They’re attached media files

I imported it into my anki on my laptop…

It’s on the same app I imported it into.

I checked and for some reason all the files are said to be missing even though I didn’t delete any.
