Images and audio not downloading from Anki web

I confirmed audio/images are available on Ankiweb. Sync successfully syncs decks and cards but no audio/images. returns the following error

Network error occurred
Error Details: error sending request for url(): connection error: Socket is not connected (os error 57)

AnkiMobile version 23.12.1
Full Sync did not resolve

any assistance is much appreciated.

I was able to synchronize my media successfully by increasing my network timeout

  1. Click on Gear icon in top right
  2. Select the syncing menu
  3. changed Network timeout from default value of 30 to 330
