The AnkiDroid-Version doesn’t support “Image Cloze Deletion” or “Image Occlusion”, correct? Right now it shows an error in the AnkiDroid-Version. Is there maybe a workaround possible? Since those cards are not usable on Android right now. Thank you.

I downloaded the newer version of 2.17alpha, which can make the image occlusion template work normally. I hope it helps you.
