The image loads but the oclussion doesn’t and appears like this:
I’ve sync multiple times, used different tablets/phones but it only works in my computer.
How can I solve this issue?
I assume you mean AnkiDroid and not Ankiapp? Otherwise the knock-off apps have gotten more sophisticated at duplicating the Anki interface. 
Looking at the error, I would wonder – what version of AnkiDroid are you using? And did you make this with AnkiDesktop built-in IO or the IO Enhanced add-on?
Image Occlusion (Native) only works on Beta currently, a stable version should be released soon, but you can apply for the Beta program to fix this issue
