Image not visible on Mac if Image-Card is created on iPad

Hello, I am using Ankis with my study group. Everyone creates cards on an assigned topic. A friend creates her cards on her iPad Pro, and when I study on my Macbook, I can’t see the inserted images. By that I don’t mean Image Occlusion, but just normal images in simple map mode. Here is an example:

This might not be the reason, but sync is not automatic on iPad. You have to actually tap the word “synchronize” in the lower right corner.
