Can someone help? I formatted the computer (windows) and now I can’t install anki anymore, this error keeps appearing. I’ve tried with older versions, same error

Which older versions have you tried with? The new launcher only came out in 25.07, so you should be able to install the most recent 25.02 version without trouble. That will get you going again.
When you are ready to try updating, see these other threads about some things that might interfere with the launcher.

I suspect you have an antivirus program running, which removed the file after Anki’s launcher installed it. If you want to try the latest version again in the future, please try temporarily disabling your antivirus and see if that helps.
