I am currently living in Japan. For the past week, when I open ankiweb, I get a system error and can’t access it, I’ve tried from safari, google chrome, iPhone, iPad, Macbook… I’ve even disabled my content blocker and tried various ways to access the site, but it won’t let me.
If you have a solution, I would appreciate it.
What is the error? You could try temporarily uninstall the blocker to see if it is the cause.
Your collection had some bad data in it. I have deployed a workaround to AnkiWeb. Are your other Anki clients working ok?
Oh, I see. I logged in with another account and was able to access it.
