Good morning so my problem is that I can’t sync my Mac Anki on Ankiweb
So it says pls try to sync again and if this doesn’t work contact the support.
If someone know how to solve the problem it would be much appreciated.

If the problem has continued, does it go away if you disable media syncing in the preferences screen? If so, please try enabling it again, then log out in the preferences screen, and sync again. Does that help?
