I am having trouble restoring my backup on Ankimobile from today at 2:47 pm. It keeps saying “Error incomplete frame”. Can someone please help?
I’m not familiar with that error, and I can’t find it anywhere in AnkiMobile, so I’m trying to think about where it might be coming from.
If there’s an issue in that backup file, it might not be restorable. Is that backup the only one you have available/the only one that has what you want?
Yes, there is also a backup from 5:38 am that would suffice if it was restored. But when I try, it says the same error message.

. The error message seems to imply that the backup is corrupt or incomplete. Was your phone running low on storage space? I’m afraid it’s unlikely to be recoverable, so you would need to either try an earlier backup, or attempt to recover your data from AnkiWeb
