How to rename card type (not note type)? F ex instead of Card1, Card2 so on I would like to name them Front_prtu, Back_engl

Never mind, all of the below instructions are for the Desktop version.
After you click on the Cards… button, in the new window you’ll see the Card Type at the top. It’s clickable, and clicking on it brings up a pop-up menu with all the card types.
Select the card type you want, then click on Options in the top right corner. There are two Options buttons, so click on the topmost one. You will see “Rename Card Type…” in the pop-up menu.

As far as I can tell, you’ll need to do that on AnkiDesktop.
AnkiDroid is intended to be used in conjunction with Anki on your computer. While it is possible to function without it, some tasks are either only possible with, or a lot more efficient with Anki Desktop. AnkiDroid 2.16 User Manual
