Where can I set ANKI to always open in full screen, so I don’t have to press F11 every time?

though not always, the add-on No Distractions Full Screen has an option to auto full screen when you start the review. add-on:

My problem is that since I study in several places and on several computers, I use export and import a lot. And I run the software by clicking on the file like 2025-05-25@00-06-48**.colpkg** in File Explorer, but then ANKI does not open in full screen and I have to press F11 every time.
Well, apparently what I need is some kind of setting within ANKI itself that will always open in full screen. Maybe some change in the ANKI settings file. And at the very least, the test (the question and answer window) will always open in full screen.
I would be very happy if someone could help me with this!
