Mac version automatically opens Add/Browse in fullscreen

I restarted Anki today (Feb 20 2023) and now whenever Anki opens new windows it automatically makes them full screen. For example when I click on the links in the top bar like Add and Browse. It didn’t do this a few days ago and I’m not sure how to make it stop.

By the way, I’m using 2 add-ons, Review Heatmap and Anki-redesign.

Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a way to turn it off?

I would try deactivating Anki redesign first:
