How to create reverse cards for an existing deck with multiple fields

I have a deck to study languages which has 4 fields. When I browsed the deck adn changed the note type, it deleted two of the fields. I had to backup what I had previously. How do I create the reverse cards of this deck? It has 1 field in the front and 3 in the back. I would like to reverse it so it also asks me the 3 in the back first and the answer would be the 1 in the front. How can I do this. Sorry for the bad english
