How can I ensure that the Filtered Deck adheres to the New Card Limit of each subdeck?

Despite setting a daily limit for new cards in each of my sub-decks (A, B, C), Anki’s filtered deck doesn’t seem to adhere to these limits when I create it. It adds all the new card from the deck.

How can I ensure that Anki respects the new card limits when creating a filtered deck?

Deck limits do not apply to filtered decks. If you wish a certain limit to apply, you need to set it in the filtered deck options.
