I’m having the same issue. I downloaded Anki on my computer (Windows 10), and the screen just stays gray with nothing showing up. I’ve already synced with my AnkiWeb, and it was asking me to choose whether to download from the Web or export to it. I clicked download from the Web, but the problem is still there. I’ve already tried following the tutorials, reset the settings, and restarted my computer, but the error keeps happening. What should I do?

The solution to Anki loading with a blank screen is almost always changing your video driver, and I can see you already found another thread with that advice. If you haven’t done that yet, that’s where you should start.
