I downloaded the updated version of the Anki desktop app, and then I was frozen out of the app. When i restarted my PC to try and get it to work, I found that when I open the app, all my decks have disappeared and all that can be seen is the grey background screen. I’ve tried importing my backups but this doesn’t work because it is still invisible.
