I’m restarting a deck I deleted about a year ago and I want to use FSRS because it’s supposed to be better. If I use the old SRS formula there are no problems but somehow even though I deleted the deck completely and reinstalled Anki even the FSRS system “remembers” that I had this deck before and it’s giving me HUGE intervals for any card I previously studied. I checked on Chat GPT for help and it said to hit the “reset” button under FSRS but it was hallucinating.. there is no button (or I’m not seeing it). Any help?
Ok I think I found the fix. You go to the deck editor and select all the cards and then “reset” them.

Resetting your cards isn’t what we’d normally suggest for someone starting up again after time away, or someone enabling FSRS, but if that’s what you decided to do – yes, that’s the way to do it. Browsing - Anki Manual
