I am having a small issue with the font size in Anki 2.1.51 (QT6) since the Add-on Set Font Size is not working, see:

And I wonder if there is no other way to fix the page elements that do not scale well directly in the code? In orange boxes for me:
I have the same kind of problem with Electron apps which zoom some page elements based on the OS font size, and other based on the system font size (that is very small on Windows). As a result, the font size is never homogeneous.
