I think that’s the change you’re noticing then – you changed your learning steps. With the old 2-steps, you clicked Good on a newly introduced card, and the card would stay in Learn and in the Filtered deck for 1 more day. Now, you click Good on a newly introduced card, and the card graduates to Review and returns to its home deck.
If you want those cards back in the Filtered deck again tomorrow, you will need to Rebuild the deck.
