Using settings:
Anverso = Front - Reverso = Back
{{Back}} {{Back}}
{{Type:Front}} {{Type:Front}}
I also include sound to learn vocabulary. But I would like that when studying the cards you can only hear the word and not see it to write your answer avoiding clues. I appreciate who can help me.

If I correctly understood the question, usually this can be done by separating [sound:…] in a new field and adding it to the front template.

Click on Fields, add a new field for sound, e.g. Audio, then click on Cards, remove {{Front}} or {{Back}} from the front template and add {{Audio}}.
