"Failed to execute script runanki"

Hello there
I’ve recently updated my laptop to a new windows 10 laptop and downloaded the newest staple version of anki form the site.
but, when I double-click on the Anki icon, an error message pops up. It says “Failed to execute script runanki”. I tried searching for the error on Google, but couldn’t find anything useful. I tried downloading other versions yet still the same message. I followed the steps on the ‘When problems occur’ page, but the error message does not go away. Please help what should I do?

I thought I had the latest update installed but seems I missed an update.
