Failed to download add-on

Hi,

I presented Anki to some teachers and one of them had problems installing add-ons due to an error in the ssl connection. She was using Windows7. I personally never used Windows so I don’t even know if there’s an update to do.

The error is:

889×547 121 KB

Does anybody have a hint?

Looks like they are using Anki 2.0?

They installed it this week, I hope they installed the last version, but I can’t be sure. I’ll check it up today.
