I have tried “check databse” and also updating my add-ons but I am getting the same message. I am using a mac in case that helps. Any help would be great!
Your Anki version is somewhat old at this point. Please try updating to the latest version, then run Tools>Check Database again. If problems persist, please force a one-way sync in the preferences screen, uploading after using Check Database on your device with the latest changes.
