Export and import are not working

Hey, greetings.

  • File - Import (Menu)
  • File - Export (Menu)
  • Import File - (button on main screen)

These three options are not working. When I click on them, the screen to locate the file does not appear in the case of Import, nor does the option to select the directory in the case of export all Anki filles appear.

I’m not using add-on. The Anki was ok until last week. I tried to reinstall, but it don’t work.
Can you help to find a sollution?

The problem was with Windows Explorer.
