Where is the Import/Export menu? ('File" menu)

I have checked the Anki documentation and when it comes to importing and exporting there seems to be a “File” menu that contains these options. I do not see such menu in my user interface. I have tried using different browsers and nothing close to an import/export option appears. Is it still possible to import/export decks in the current version of anki? Does anyone know why my “File” menu may not be showing up?

Different browsers? I think you are using Ankiweb. You need to use the desktop or mobile apps to import from files.

You are right, I did not realise that Anki desktop and Ankiweb were a different thing. Thank you!
