Error installing/launching Anki

I just tried to download and launch Anki, but when the launcher runs, it throws this error:
Error: Failed with code Some(1): C:\Users\Stewa\Documents\Anki\uv.exe run --no-project C:\Users\stewa\Documents\Anki\versions.py

I am on a windows machine that is fully updated. I have tried restarting, deleting and re-installing Anki, and moving the file location to different folders, but have always received the same error message.
