Error importing file from anki desktop

Before formatting my computer, I exported my anki file to be used again, but now I’m having this error.

The numbers change with each attempt.

if the the direct way can not help you do that, perhaps you can try some third-party app to transfer them to your pc like easeUS and FoneDog phone transfer

Have you used Ankiweb synchronisation? If yes, then no need to import anything manually, just log into your account and wait for sync to complete.

Unfortunately I didn’t do that

That message indicates that a media file inside the package has been corrupted. You may be able to recover it by renaming the file to .zip and then using some archive software that can attempt to repair zip files.
