Error: 500: specified file not found in archive
Hello , When I try to upload the media file to the system, I get this warning. How can I solve it?
Are you perhaps trying to import a zip containing only media files? This doesn’t work. The solution is to locate your media folder and extract the zip there manually. See Managing Files - Anki Manual if you’re unsure where the media folder is located.

Should I add the “collection.media” folder, or should I modify the file? Thank you for your help.
Assuming you have a .zip of media files, you should unzip it into the collection.media folder, which will already exist. Managing Files - Anki Manual
