My Anki Deck isn't importing

I’ve been trying to import a large file, and i’ve already waited for a significant amount of time (about 2 hours). It’s been stuck on a screen where it says “Extracting data…” and has a loading sign. Before this it gave me an “Error: 500: specified file not found in archive” box. How can I fix this?

Is it plain text or a packaged deck Importing - Anki Manual?
Was it created using the same (or a comparable) version as you are using?
How large is “large”?
Why is it large?
