Error 2755 when trying to install for Windows

OK, I’ve tried all the suggested solutions but I am unable to install on a Win 11 device - keep getting error 2755

It appears to be some kind of Windows issue. Here are some suggestions I found online:

  • Create the C:\Windows\Installer folder if it does not exist (Source).
  • Run the .msi installer as administrator.
  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, find Windows Installer, and make sure it is running and set to Manual or Automatic.
  • Ensure you have the latest Windows updates.

Thanks for that but…I’ve tried all of those things and no change :frowning:

BUT…I had NOT tried the creation of the INSTALLER folder, but have now and it works.
