Enable Anki Profile Selector on Startup

Hi, Please add the feature below:

  • Show Anki Profile picker screen when I launch the browser.

If you have more than one profile, that screen will pop up automatically. If you are asking for the ability to automatically load a profile, you can do that with the command line.
