Email verification - not receiving email

I’ve tried verifying my email multiple times but I have yet to receive the email.

My email is correct and I have waited more than 24 hours. I have also checked my spam folders and its not in there.

The verification email for the Anki Forums came immediately so I know it is not a problem with my email.

Because I cannot verify my email for AnkiWeb, I cannot sync…Please help!

On our end, I can see that the verification email is being sent out and successfully delivered. So if it still hasn’t reached you, it might be that your ISP/domain is blocking/delaying emails from ankiweb.net reaching your inbox. Emails not being received - Anki FAQs

[I won’t publicize your email address here, but I will tell you that yours isn’t the first message we’ve gotten from someone using that domain who is having this problem this week. Making it likely something is happening on the domain’s end.]

I just triggered another email to you. If that doesn’t arrive, you can check with your ISP/domain to see about whitelisting ankiweb.net. Or you can switch your account to use a different email address (if you still have the ability to do that without re-verifying first).

That’s not surprising because emails related to the Forums come from discoursemail.com instead.
