I’m not sure why the email isn’t reaching you. On our end, I see the email is sent and delivered successfully. If you don’t have it, and it’s not in your spam folder, then I suspect your domain/ISP is blocking it from reaching you. Ask them to stop doing that – Emails not being received - Anki FAQs .
Otherwise, you’re going to have to change the address on your account to one that will receive that email.
