My “Easy” button is missing. And whenever I clicked on my 4th button, it showed the same card again. I do not want “Try again” button.

Just in case, make sure you have downloaded the app from this website: apps.ankiweb.net
You’re posting in the Add-ons category, are you using an add-on that’s causing this issue? You can start the app while holding down the Shift to disable all add-ons and then see if the issue still persists.

I was not sure which category to post. Tried the “Shift” method - does not work. But you gave me the idea to delete all add-ons, and the problem went away. Not exactly sure which add-on was causing this problem.
You can delete/disable half of your add ons. If the problem persists, you try doing the other half. If the issue disappears, it means problem add-on is in that group. Now you divide this group in two and repeat the process.

Could you list your plugins if possible? Often times, plug-ins can cause problems on how Anki behaves.
They deleted all add-ons and the issue is already solved.
