I don’t know what I did wrong, but suddenly the “edit” and “more” buttons disappeared from my card interface. Any ideas to make them respawn?

Which version are you on and have you ruled out the interference of add-ons?

Tried starting anki while holding shift key as I read in other topic (not sure if that is enough to rule out ad-ons)
Make your window wider.
