Easist way to duplicate a deck

I have two kids and want to practice with both of them. They do not have their own devices. My idea was to import the same deck twice and rename them to for example “math name of kid 1” and “math name of kid 2”. However the second deck is empty and Anki notices that the cards are duplicates from the first deck. What is the best way to practice with two kids on one account? I also looked into having two profiles but that seemed quite cumbersome as only one of them gets synced to the online account. And I use Anki on both mobile and desktop.

If having two profiles isn’t going to work for you, you can try with an add-on. Like this one https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1779572689.

Notice that it might not work with 23.10 and you might need to use 2.1.66 instead.
