Downloaded new version on PC, doesn't identify me or include any of my decks

I downloaded a new version on my PC (Windows 10 Home); it contains none of my long-established decks. Anki on my iPhone is still correct, does contain decks, syncs correctly. But it is not linked the PC version. My objective is to get back to the PC Anki containing my decks and properly linked to the iPhone version of Anki

If you click on Sync on the desktop version, it should prompt you to log in. Once you’re logged in, Anki should sync automatically when you start it and when you stop it (unless told otherwise), and you can always trigger a sync by clicking the Sync button. Be sure to be logged in on the same account on all your devices for this to work.
