Dividing by zero in statistics

This is a little rant about mathematical correctness. I am referring to the desktop client. When I haven’t studied any cards, it says

Studied 0 cards in 0 seconds today (0s/card)

on the main screen (deck overview). This doesn’t really make sense for two reasons:

  1. The quotient 0÷0 is undefined.
  2. The information “0 seconds” is redundant.

In contrast it just says “no cards have been studied today” on the statistics page, which is the right approach in my opinion. I suggest it should say the following on the main screen:

Studied 0 cards today

I don’t necessarily disagree with you, but it’s probably not the most important thing that needs changing right now :slight_smile:
