Decks not syncing between iPad and iPhone (same AnkiWeb account)

Hi,

I am using AnkiMobile on both my iPad and iPhone.

Both devices are logged into the same AnkiWeb account.

When I create or modify decks on my iPad and tap Sync, the changes do not appear on my iPhone after syncing.

There are no visible error messages.

I have already tried logging out and back in, and syncing multiple times.

Could you please help me understand why the decks are not syncing?

If you are syncing whenever you open the app on a device, and syncing when you close/leave the app on that device, you should always be working with the latest version of your collection. Cloud Sync - AnkiMobile Manual

After syncing your iPad, try checking AnkiWeb directly through the website interface – Cloud Sync - AnkiMobile Manual – and verify that your changes from your iPad have reached the servers. Then sync your iPhone. At least that will narrow down which device is having the sync issues.
