Although all my decks are still available on my ipads, none of them appear in ankiweb.
You can try this: log out Anki from AnkiWeb, log in to AnkiWeb in a web browser. Log in Anki with the same user name. Sync
You don’t appear to have synced your iPad in some time. You need to tap on the Sync button each time you want to sync your data with AnkiWeb. Please see this intro video for more: Syncing in Anki: Getting Started - YouTube
