Problem with synchronize

Synchronize problem

Hi, I’m having a problem when I open the app in a new dispositive, especially when I try to synchronize with new decks. For example, I have a deck called “ANATOMIA” but when I opened in my account right now in Anki web, I can’t see it but in my Ipad I can see it.


I don’t see the “ANATOMIA” deck that you’re talking about on either one of these screenshots. The clearest difference between these 2 seems to be that AnkiMobile collapses/expands decks, and AnkiWeb doesn’t.

Yes, there’s a problem, cause when I open the anki on my Ipad it look different, and I also have the ANATOMIA deck there. It’s a big problem for my studies and cards

It sounds like neither of these your iPad then?

  1. On your iPad, is ANATOMIA the only deck, or does it have all of your other decks and review history too (everything you see on this other iOS device and AnkiWeb)? If the iPad has only ANATOMIA, don’t go through any of the rest of these steps, because you need to fix something else first.
  2. Are you sure that you’re syncing your iPad and this iOS device to the same AnkiWeb account? AnkiMobile supports multiple profiles, so you should make sure you have everything syncing to the same account.
  3. After you added that deck on your iPad, step 1 is to sync that completely with AnkiWeb. Once that is done (and it could take a few tries to complete, especially if it has a lot of media), you can sync your other iOS device to AnkiWeb as well.

In the future, to keep everything in sync, you need to sync when you open the app, and when you close/leave the app, on every device, every time.
