Hi, how do I save progress after doing the review cards in my anki custom deck? When I empty the custom deck it does not affect the total number of cards that are due in the main deck. I am using the custom study option because I am behind on my anki cards. In order for to review efficiently, I have to review by topic in the book that I am using that correlates with the tags in my deck. Is there any other way that I will be able to continue my review method and my progress is recorded ?
Provided the ‘reschedule’ option is enabled in the filtered decks, reviews you do it will update the scheduling of those cards as you review them. Some custom study options like “preview new cards” do not enable rescheduling by default. You can check by opening the options after the custom study deck has been created.
